Don’t miss what will undoubtedly be a fascinating conversation between Master Lithographer Fred Genis and Leading Northern River’s painter Rene Bolten. Both born in the Netherlands and now living in Australia, they bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to a discussion of the European print series Beguile; currently on show at Lismore Regional Gallery.
Fred Genis will speak about the relationship between the master printer and the artist, whilst also giving insight into the process of printmaking. And Rene Bolten will bring to the conversation his knowledge and personal experience of the influence of Rembrandt on his art practice.
